- How do I restore my purchase?
- Open Kegelia → Settings → Restore Purchase. This will sync your subscription across devices signed into the same Apple ID.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Kegelia. You can cancel or change your plan there.
- Is my data backed up?
- Your data is stored locally on your device. It is included in your iCloud device backup if enabled.
- Can I use Kegelia on multiple devices?
- Your subscription works across all devices signed into the same Apple ID. Data is stored locally per device.
- Should I consult a doctor before using Kegelia?
- If you are pregnant, postpartum, have had pelvic surgery, or have any pelvic floor condition, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.
